Hon’ble Commissioner’s Visit to Prerana Sankul
Shri Vikas Gupta, Hon’ble Commissioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), graciously visited Prerana Sankul (Prerana School), Vadnagar, Gujarat, on 23 April 2026.
Rashtriya Ekta Parv 2026
PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad, hosted a two-day “Rashtriya Ekta Parv 2026” organized by KVS Ahmedabad Region. The event was inaugurated by Shri Dharmendra Patel, Deputy Commissioner, KVS Ahmedabad Region, as the Chief Guest. Around 346 students and 42 teachers from seven schools participated in the festival, featuring 16 competitions under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) and Kala Utsav. The celebrations showcased students’ creativity, cultural diversity and spirit of national unity through group dance, art presentations, theatre, traditional storytelling, solo dance, group singing and on-the-spot painting competitions.
